November has been full of celebrations, creativity and community for our team! Here’s everything we’ve been up to Out of the (Show) House this month…
Christmas styling is in full swing as we transform our clients’ showhomes into festive wonderlands. For Platform Housing, our team has added some Christmas magic at Trentside and Lockview, installing an enchanting Ancient Wonders inspired design as well as some New Year sparkle! Plus our client account manager, Rebecca Jones has blogged about her top decorating tips for festive flair on The Platform Edit.
We’re also excited to have completed our first install for new client, Southern Housing. Featuring a classic Scandi design with clean lines, warm woods and plush textures, this showhome is refined and elegant.
A highlight on the industry calendar is the What House? Awards, recognising the best of UK housebuilding. Steve Hird, Andy Richardson, Megan Doherty and Lauren Worrell joined over 1,200 guests at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London for this annual event and were delighted to see so many of our clients announced as winners!
The celebrations continued in the office, as we said a Happy 24th Birthday to our designer, Jess, and a warm welcome to our newest stylist, Mitch (check our Insta to learn Mitch’s styling tips).
Finally, the whole team put their baking skills to the test in a bake sale to support Rebecca’s fundraising for Action Heart. Next year, Rebecca is running the London Marathon to support this incredible charity, which provides essential cardiac rehabilitation, and we were only too happy to bake tasty treats for such a good cause!
