We’re excited to announce our client account team has grown, as we’ve made a new appointment and promotion.

Sam Jones has been promoted to Digital Account Executive while new to the team is Client Account Executive, Georgia Caroll. The pair join our Directors, Steve Hird and Andy Richardson and existing Client Account Managers, Megan Doherty and Estelle Palmer to make a six-strong team.

Sam has been an integral part of our senior styling team for three years and makes the move into client account management to provide maternity cover for Megan as well as to curate additional content for our digital and social media channels.

Sam comments: “This is an exciting move for me and an opportunity to be involved from the start of the design process as I’ve previously been the one completing the all-important finishing touches! I’m looking forward to using my styling insight to bring a fresh approach and ideas for our clients, and then sharing these via our popular social series, Wallpaper Wednesday and Sunday Social.”

Newly appointed Georgia Carroll joins us from a retail background and with a BA (Hons) in Textile Design from Birmingham City University. Most recently, Georgia has been teaching art, design and photography at Arrow Vale High School in Redditch, meaning she has strong presentation and communication skills.

“During my degree, I specialised in surface patters and prints, so have always had an eye for detail. I’m excited to be able to put this into practice and help clients unlock their vision for thoughtfully-designed, memorable showhomes,” adds Georgia.

Each of our clients is paired with their own client account director and manager, and this relationship extends from an initial briefing meeting through to final handover, after-sales care and future site planning.

“When we set up Edward Thomas Interiors, we wanted to be more than just a supplier, our aim was to become a trusted design partner and integral part of the wider sales and marketing function,” explains Steve. “This approach has helped set us apart. By establishing longstanding connections and providing a dedicated point of contact, we become an extension of the team. This has proven invaluable when developing a design concept, planning schedules or adapting to build programme movement. “As our workload has grown, the time was right to expand our client account team, and we’re happy to welcome Sam and Georgia who both bring an energy and creative flair that we’re sure our clients will benefit from,” concludes Steve.
