Our design for the Wyatt showhome at Bloor Homes’ Arden Grange development has been named the company’s Best Showhome!
At the 2025 Bloor Homes Awards Conference, which brings together all regions for an annual celebration of excellence, the Wyatt showhome was announced as the Showhome of the Year. It was voted as the standout design for 2025 by Bloor’s group sales and marketing team.
Featuring a distinctive green, gold and pink colour palette alongside patterns, prints and fabrics with a strong Indian influence, the Wyatt is striking, playful, and, most importantly, memorable.
“Our customers absolutely adore this scheme,” says Bloor Homes’ sales manager, Tiggy Garner Jones. “They find it warm, welcoming and love the open plan living. The green kitchen is always a standout talking point, as are some of the beautiful wallpapers. People seem to enjoy discovering how they can bring bold design into unexpected places; the downstairs cloakroom and living room panelling are both great examples of this. Of course, our younger house hunters also love the space themed bedroom with its starry painted ceiling.
“We’ve even had one customer who has quite literally copied and pasted the entire show home in their home, including all the paint colours, so that tells you how popular the design is!”
