In a special Out of the (Show) House edition, we’re taking a moment to look back on a remarkable year for team ETI…

In January, we completed the purchase of our brand new head office in Redditch. At 3.5 times the size of our previous workspace, it meant we were able to bring all our divisions under one roof and represented a major step in the evolution of our business.

February saw us complete the first retirement living showhomes of the year for longstanding client, McCarthy Stone. At Weavers House in Kent, we installed a new show apartment, refreshed an existing show apartment, created a new sales office and completed several curtain & light package installations.

March marked the first showhome installation for new client, Charles Church Midlands. Inspired by the surrounding countryside, the showhome at Harleston Grange in Northamptonshire has a soft, earthy palette and is a celebration of nature. We love the delicate cherry blossom mural that transforms one of the bedrooms into a secret spring garden!

In April, Sam Jones and Megan Doherty joined Vistry East Anglia to guide the next generation of interior designers on a showhome tour at Kings Newton, Grantham.

May saw Rebecca Jones, Steve Hird, Estelle Palmer and Megan Doherty attend the launch of the Sanderson x Highgrove collection at Chelsea Barracks Chapel. This amazing collection is inspired by the flora and fauna cultivated at Highgrove by His Majesty King Charles III. The team also managed to take in the Chelsea Barracks Spring Fair and Chelsea Flower Show for additional inspiration!

The summer months saw us undertake site visits, oversee moveovers and complete a luxury installation for Peabody in Notting Hill.

September was a huge milestone as we celebrated our tenth birthday! Our team gathered together for cake, champagne and pizza to acknowledge this significant anniversary.

October and November offered time to connect with the industry at the annual What House? Awards as well as support our clients’, David Wilson Homes and McCarthy Stone at their charity gala dinners.

Finally December saw us bring festive cheer to the office with wreath making, Christmas Jumper Day, our annual reverse advent collection and, of course, our Christmas party.

2025 has truly showcased every facet of our business. Thank you to our clients, partners and team for being part of this journey. Here’s to even more creativity, collaboration and milestone moments in 2026!
