On every showhome, our aim is to provide design inspiration for potential purchasers but on one of our latest schemes, this was taken to a whole new level!
At Retirement Villages’ Botanical Place in West Byfleet, purchasers Clive and Carol loved our design for the two-bed showhome so much that they asked for help recreating the exact same look in their new apartment.
“Our showhome styling is sleek, elegant and takes cues from premium British brands like Jo Malone and The White Company,” explains our director, Steve Hird. “Geometric prints are paired with warm woods for a contemporary appearance while gold accents, oversized mirrors and plush fabrics give it a sense of luxury.
“When Retirement Villages said they had purchasers hoping to recreate the entire look, we were happy to help. Clive and Carol not only wanted to use the same wallpaper and furniture, but also maintain the layout, even down to specific detailing such as the reading nook and bar we’d created in the living area and the wall-mounted wine rack in the laundry! This shows our design team’s attention to detail and smart use of space are spot on, and it’s fantastic to see it so well received,” adds Steve.
Clive and Carol moved in earlier this month, with Retirement Villages’ sales manager, Carol Chase sending this feedback: “Steve I have to thank you for an outstanding service.
