Coton House Estate
Show stopping luxury was the brief for this five bedroom show home, set in a small development within the grounds of Coton House, a Grade 2 listed building.
Neutral shades were used throughout, offset with pops of purple, oyster and champagne. Careful attention was paid to the key rooms in the house including the dining room, master bedroom and living area. Rich fabrics and upholstery help to create a luxe boutique hotel style environment, and we took full advantage of the spacious rooms using large pieces of furniture.
MAKING A STATEMENT
Hero pieces of furniture include the waterfall chandelier that sits above the dining table, and the large chocolate box headboard in the master bedroom.
Furniture and accessories were individually chosen to make a statement – from the contemporary artwork, strong sculptural ornaments and striking cabinetry. Art deco elements mix sit next to tactile fabrics such as chenille and velvet which gives a luxurious feel to the home.
Situated next to the M6 and M1 junction, this contemporary home has plenty of wow factor which appeals to an aspirational family who love to entertain.
