Galliard Homes has praised the efficient delivery of its latest showhome at Barrelmans Point, describing the experience as its “smoothest” installation to date.
Located on the Shotley Peninsula, our design for the three-bedroom showhome drew inspiration from the coastal landscape and features a warming colour palette of soft terracotta, sage and oatmeal. Botanical prints, natural materials and curved lines elevate the ‘lived in’ look that’s trending, while pinstripe fabrics provide a subtle reference to life on the waterside.
Galliard Homes’ marketing manager, Lucy Clark said: “Thank you so much for making this such a hassle-free experience. We’ve done many interior projects before, but this was by far the smoothest experience. From our first meeting with those fabulous mood boards to the end product, it has been so refreshing to be able to leave you to ‘get on with it’ and know it is in the safest of hands.”
The new showhome was officially unveiled recently with visitors impressed by its elegant, earthy design.
Lucy adds: “Wow! The showhome looks utterly gorgeous, so inviting and everything looks so plush, we’re really impressed. Our launch weekend confirmed it really appeals to prospective buyers, with many visitors commenting on it’s bright, fresh feel. We’re confident it will help attract new footfall to Barrelmans Point over the coming weeks.”
