Our specialist team continues to grow as we welcome new members of staff and reward longstanding employees with promotions following another successful year of trading.
“Our last financial year has seen strong growth,” reports our director, Steve Hird. “As the housing market began to accelerate, we secured a significant volume of repeat business as well as new instructions. This has resulted in us overachieving our original growth targets, meaning we are very well-positioned for the coming financial year.
“As we enter our ninth year in business, we anticipate further organic growth and have a healthy forward order book of projects across the UK. The timing was therefore right to expand and reward our exceptional team,” adds Steve.
Those newly promoted include Lauren Worrall, who moves from project co-ordinator to project manager, and Estelle Palmer who becomes our head of design. In her new role, Lauren will oversee delivery of an entire installation, liaising with the relevant client account manager as well as our buying and logistics teams to ensure showhomes are designed and installed on time and to budget.
A familiar face to many of our clients, Estelle will continue her client management duties but will also now manage our design team. Here, Estelle will use her 20+ years’ experience to guide our designers, ensuring exceptional quality, imagination and creativity.
As reported earlier this year, we restructured our client account management team to better serve our clients, ensuring each has a dedicated point of contact. We’re pleased to confirm this team has grown again, as we welcome Rebecca Jones, who joins us from Claude Hooper Interiors, as another client account manager. With five years’ experience in new homes, Rebecca is well-placed to support clients throughout the entire design process.
Our director, Andy Richardson says: “Part of the reason for our successful financial year was identifying opportunities for diversification. One of the areas where this has proven effective is the refurbishment of retirement living schemes, essentially where we partner a developer to identify areas for improvement or refresh tired designs.
“Happily, we’re now becoming recognised as the “go to” interior designer for this sector, so much so that we’ve appointed a specialist project manager, Georgina Rose to manage our refurbishment projects.
“All in all, it’s been an extremely positive period and we’re proud of what our team has achieved so it was only right to recognise their success. The remainder of 2024 looks set to be equally promising, not just in terms of our pipeline of work with new and longstanding clients, but also as we await news of our shortlisting for Best Showhome in the First Time Buyer Awards,” concludes Andy.
